Professional Development

Often, how we show up in a work environment is similar to our personal lives. Lagging skills that impact our work relationship are often skills we struggle with outside of work. Any personal growth will positively impact our professional experience. However, in a professional setting the dynamics are different, and the autonomy in the workplace can be significantly less than at home. For professional development purposes, the collaborative process is slightly different. The relationship with the Client and Practitioner is more focused on strategies related to a specific circumstance or dynamic. The Client and Practitioner have a more formal relationship and the Practitioner takes a more assertive position and provides more structure to sessions. Professional Development is more about improving performance and success within a specific company culture as opposed to changing that culture.

Professional Development Sessions are $125 per hour. These sessions typically don’t require time to ground, or have the reverberation or intensity of Personal Sessions, and therefore are 60 minutes of interaction.

Small Business Consulting

For Small Business Owner’s, Personal and Professional Development is essentially the same. Business dynamics typically reflect the Owner’s beliefs, patterns, strengths and weaknesses. In these instances, a Practitioner will observe the current dynamics, and work with the Client to identify areas in need of optimization. Plans for altering or defining the overall climate of the work environment, the vision of the company, and company goals are created with the intention of improving Personal and Professional satisfaction. A financial audit is the second step. After identifying inefficiencies, creating budgets, and developing timelines, a marketing and growth strategy can then be created. The overaching purpose of the Client Practitioner relationship, is facilitating a path for creating or improving the business environment, to create better alignment with the Client’s values and clarifying their definition of success.

Small Business Consulting is quoted individually. Often an initial planning session will be scheduled at $125 per hour to develop a pricing plan, and evaluate the cohesiveness of the Client and Practitioner.
